The study for the preparation of the action plan determines the current commercial status of the solutions and the suitability of developments for them to be marketed as products.
The solutions are classified according to their marketing potential and areas in need of improvement are determined. The basis for the comparison and classification of solutions is the definition of a series of criteria that analyze each solution and bring together those factors that are considered to be determining. These criteria are pooled together with the government body or business association.
